I bought this Master Lock for my shed thinking it would be a solid, reliable lock, but it felt like a bait and switch. It seemed fine at first, then after just a few weeks it started sticking. Not long after that, the key got jammed and the whole thing just felt cheap. I expected way more from a brand like this. Definitely not buying another one.

My order went through fine and checkout wasn’t really a problem, but the site was slow loading pages. It got there eventually, just that whole thing was kind of dragging.

I’ve been using this lock for a bit now and, it’s been totally fine so far. It feels decent in the hand, the key turns smoothly, and I haven’t noticed any sticking or weird looseness in the shackle. For the price, I don’t really have anything to complain about yet

The lock itself is okay, and the key opens it without any problem. But the combination dial is a bit stiff and took me a few tries to get right. I also wish the instructions were clearer, because I wasn’t totally sure if I was doing it wrong or if the dial was just being annoying. It works, but it’s not as smooth or straightforward as I expected.

I’ve dealt with warranty replacements from a few companies before, and this one was much smoother. They replaced mine fast and didn’t make the process a hassle.
